I interviewed for the Sr. Business Analyst, Strategic Sales position. Had a great experience with the team members I interviewed with. The turnaround time for the next interview round was quick up until the final round. However, I was ghosted after the final round and had to send follow-up emails. Received an auto-generated reject email from the recruiter. No feedback was given whatsoever. This was a poorly handled candidate experience given that the current job market is extremely competitive and candidates spend weeks/months for interview prep work. Letting the candidates know about rejection as soon as the decision is made is the bare minimum that companies can do!
