I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and then was invited onsite to meet several people. The onsite process was very well organized and they even had a gift bag for me that contained a beautiful candle. I really enjoyed meeting the team. Unfortunately, Square took too long to decide on next steps and I had to withdraw my candidacy to focus on opportunities that were progressing. At two weeks post-interview, I still hadn't received feedback on whether they were moving forward or not, which is pretty unacceptable. Additionally, the pay for this particular role was quite a bit below average. The company is a great, mission-driven company and I would consider applying again in the future if they can improve their interview process to be more timely.

Pretty easy interview process. There was an initial screening with recruiter then two interviews with the hiring manager and director. Asked questions about previous job history and did a mock sales call.

Entretien
Good process, 5 interviews in total. First is with hiring manager, second to fourth is with the team and fifth is a presentation with hiring manager and other staff member. Overall very friendly and easy.

Was contacted originally by a recruiter, and then had a phone screen interview. After that was two additional interviews - one phone interview with the DM and another via video.

Mostly standard interview questions about your experience. They were very interested in a candidate looking for a career with Square, and seemed to really want you to already be very interested in the company.
