The interviewer called me 15 minutes late for the interview. They generally asked all the standard questions, and then afterwards there was no follow up. I found out I didn't get an offer by going onto the online applicant system and saw I was no longer an active applicant.

I was initially excited about the opportunity and appreciated progressing to the second round of interviews. However, after that point, communication with the recruiter became inconsistent. I was left unclear on whether the role was still open and, despite follow-ups, never received a clear update or closure.
