Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience with the Disputes Support Representative interview. We were really disappointed to read about your interview process. We were sorry to read that you felt as if you were stigmatized because of the way you look and your current job- and we will speak to the team about this immediately. We take these types of concerns seriously. In fact, our interview panels follow a strict rubric with focus areas and topical questions to assure there is a fair hiring process based on quantitative feedback in line with the job requirements when comparing applicants.
