They used Smart Recruiter, so you could see the status of your application. My resume was approved, then moved on to a video interview. The video interview had 3 basic questions with one question to prep you. After that, I was approved and contacted directly from a recruiter from smart recruiter for a phone interview. If you were prepared, this would have been relatively easy. They ask you qualifying questions and it lasts about an hour. After that, an in-person interview. Unfortunately, I didn't make it that for - I bombed the questions because I was completely unprepared. I was also told when I wasn't moving forward, which is nice to know!
