I first met with the accounting manager and about a week and half later I had a longer interview with the rest of the accounting team. After that, I met with the Director of FP&A and VP of finance. Everyone I spoke to throughout the interview process was kind and welcoming. They each shared their personal journeys that brought them to Blink which gave me an insight to the opportunities that could lie ahead for myself. Overall I had a great interview experience.
