The first step was an automated coding and data science skills screen. This screen utilized an invasive software that other companies were not using, and I would not have agreed had I not been desperate. The questions themselves were quite easy, but were extremely poorly and confusingly written and did not provide examples to see how the question should actually be interpreted. The way the questions were written and the word choice could be interpreted different ways depending on your cultural background, which I felt was extremely unfair and potentially discriminatory. I let the hiring manager know this, and I was still moved to the next round in which there were basic HR questions. I then did not move on in the process.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked a SQL question involving a few different tables, where depending on your background and definition of the word avail (it has antonymic definitions depending on your culture), you would have approached the questions in different ways.
