Got contacted through HR. Could not attend F2F so arranged telephonic interview. I couldn't hear the guy half the time and he paid no attention to my answers or my constant concern that there was a connection issue. Like a robot kept asking questions without giving time to answer and didn't pay attention to the answers that were provided. Even after multiple follow-ups, wasn't given any news about my recruitment or lack of it. Extremely disappointed with such a small company incapable of handling recruitments in a smooth way.
