Entretien
I applied online through an advert on LinkedIn and was invited for interview one month later.
From 1st interview to offer was fast, taking <3 weeks.
1st interview was a 1 h Teams meeting with the R&D Team to discuss my background and suitability.
The 2nd interview was on site. This consisted of a 15' Belbin Test, a 30' HR interview where the results of the Belbin test were discussed, a 30' Task Presentation of my previous research work and how that fit with the company, a further 30' interview with the R&D team and a 15' site tour.
This was followed by a 3rd 1 h interview on Teams with the CEO. Mostly conversational about my career path and choices.
I received a job offer later that day.
