Overall it was a Good experience. There were 3 interviews and they did not drag the hiring process on. This included background and technical questions. Very supportive and friendly interviewers.
A pair programming assignment with two team members in a very friendly environment. This was followed by a design interview which was an interactive session where I got to explain my thinking on a white board

Highlights on designing a microservices based system
Good, it was. A process. It was in person on site. There were other people there. They asked questions. Several people,multiple questions each. It was an interview. More words are required, it seems. I will add more.
