J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Blackhawk Network (Bengaluru) en juil. 2021
Entretien
Interview was same as other product bases companies.
1st round online assessment
2nd round was focused on problem solving
3rd round was focused on Java, DS and one system design question, interview went for more than 1.5 hour
4th round was manager round, focused on resume and few soft skills question
Manager was pretty impressed and was asking to join early. I have already told them my competitive offer amount but still they were quoting 5lac less than that. that too from base salary part.
this is utterly disgusting behaviour, why you are wasting time fo candidates if you can beat the competitive offer.
