Any company that uses HireVue should be ashamed of themselves. I go through the extremely invasive and impersonal HireVue process and I don't even get a chance to speak to a real person? Interviews are meant to be discussions and the company should be embarrassed that it can't give applicants basic human decency. No wonder there are so many positions open, you guys can't even handle a basic interviewing process. Not a single question about skills it's all just BS questions that you expect from a retail interview, not a software company.
