Hirevue was Why Blackrock and tell me something interesting not on your cv This was pretty much all they asked. Pleasant of time in between questions I thought to be honest
After application submission was the hire vue - a set of two or three questions where you have to record yourself talking to the screen for up to three minutes

It was a straightfoward process, hirevue consisted of 2 questions, then had my final interview with a director a few weeks after i submitted my hirevue. They described what they do. The interview was conversational
