Scheduled a first call to discuss preliminary questions regarding work visa status as the position was out of country including suggesting that they could hire me in my local area and transition me once the visa process was completed. Asked me for available dates and times to schedule second interview then ghosted me. I called back and was told they would check on the status and get back. I received a rejection email the next day. Communication and process could be much better for candidate experience.
