HR call. Lady was very friendly, patient and she was prepared very well.
45 mins with two technical guys, we went through my past experiences and they asked some JavaScript ES6.
I felt connection and I was relaxed in the whole process.
After the interview I got a call I was rejected with the reasons: I do not have experience in security and backend programming. Not to mention this were not a senior role and even not questions were asked about any backend or security. I can not say they are professional at all, I smelt that the guy hungry for black sheep so he can feed his bullying.

Entretien
I had the first stage interview which was just a conversation about experience and practices in quite a lot of detail. It was okay, nothing unexpected. I got rejected after that but it took almost three weeks to hear back.
The one thing I would say and which is a pretty bad sign is that they never reply to you. When I initially got the interview scheduled, the talent specialist (Tamara) mentioned not to hesitate to contact her if I had questions. However, when I did ask questions I never got a reply back. When the interview was scheduled I asked the organiser a question - no reply again.
When I then asked for feedback from the interview two weeks after it happened - ghosted again. I then got a rejection email nearly a week later.
If this is how much they ghost you all the time, I cannot imagine things get done efficiently or work experience there is great in general. Therefore, my interest dropped prior to being rejected anyway. They also have 4 compulsory days in the office which quite frankly is very unnecessary for a software dev.
