I heard about the Fast-track-to-Fintech opportunity at BlackRock from a recruiter on Linkedin. I applied and recieved a technical screening shortly after. The first screening was a video call that consisted of an interview on Hirevue which was both technical and behavioral. There were 3 technical questions on Hirevue, most required you to write in Java. Then an onsite interview consisting of 4 rounds of ~45-minute interviews with engineers on a specific engineering team at BlackRock
