Great interview process. I enjoyed every step of the way. The key is to actually want to work at BlackRock. They know if you are not passionate and can give you a hard time in the interview process. The biggest tip I have is to study and understand BlackRock really well and why you want to work there.

I had a question asking me to calculate a return based on a 50% hedge against euros. I was pretty confused but my interviewer saw me attempt to work through it and gave me tips along the way.
