Then to complete the application it was requested that I answered two questions while I was being recorded.

They asked me, “Why did you choose BlackRock, and how does our purpose align with your professional values?”
The interview went well but for some reason i was not selected, maybe i was not the suitable for the job role they had. The process had 3 rounds aptitude, technical and hr round.

My role is London Fulltime analyst and the process is:
Online tests - Video Interview (Virctual cover letter) - First-round interview
People are very nice and first-round contains 4 x 30minutes interviews
