1:1 15 minute interview
Invited to assessment centre; given information on a company, had to discuss as group then present findings, all whilst being observed (content required little business knowledge) and 3 2:1 interviews, two competency based and one skills.

Industry standard entry level hirevue, nothing special really, just prepare and read up on recent stories and have a valid reason you want to work at the firm. Got ghosted but probably due to lack of past experience rather than interview.

consisted of two questions , why blackrock and tell us something that is not on your cv. The questions were fairly general , but maybe you have to think more about what is not on your cv as most of us would only put the most concentrated achievements on it.
