Interview panel is immature, I'm not sure how those people are in Director position. 1st round, Coding round the interviewer was not at all ready to accept any other solution than he had in his mind / which he already assumed is the only correct solution. He only wanted to accept solution which he had in his mind. Also, when I asked few questions which are 100% logical viz. Can there be million columns in a table; is it realistic? 2nd questions Do you think 10,000 in a sequential loop is too much to add parallelization techniques etc.?
