There were two interviews. One initial with HR team member and one with the direct reports and team members. The second was great and in a setting with a number of other employees at different levels. Made the interview much more comfortable especially in a virtual setting. Unfortunately after the team interview the HR contact left me hanging for about 3 weeks until I heard about their direction.
