The role description doesn’t match the questions being asked in the interview and no minimum effort was shown to understand what I am trying to explain. Later a few routine hr questions are asked as for the sake to all but i didn’t had a feeling that they are interested in my application

Begrüßung & Small Talk und Sich selbst vorstellen. dann kommt Die Unternehmensvorstellung und Bewerbung- und Leistungsmotivation. Das Organisatorische und Eigene Fragen. am ende Die Verabschiedung nach dem Vorstellungsgespräch. das war alles normal und in Ordnung
