The whole process was conducted professionally in a warm and encouraging atmosphere. My experience consisted of several interviews from HR to different IT managers, engineers and senior business manager. I was made to feel at ease to comfortably express who I am and describe how my experience could add value to the company. Questions stemmed based off my experience and how i would handle different situations. The interview process was managed exceptionally well by HR and when there was minor interruptions or delays i was immediately kept informed.
