The first round of interview was easy with standard questions around project management. But post the interview, I was asked questions regarding my plans for pregnancy. And if I join Birlasoft, I should not have such plans for a year. For which I clearly communicated that this seems inappropriate but I was told if I don't answer these questions now, they will be asked again in later interviews. And, for which I was very offended and decided to withdraw my application on the spot. It is very disappointing to see such bias, still exists in the industry.

The interview was rescheduled thrice and they didn’t even have the courtesy to apologise. The interviewer didn’t even introduce himself and no feedback was shared. The HR didn’t even share the job description. Overall one of the worse interview experience.
