The very first etiquette of introducing oneself was missing. Had a telephonic conversation to someone who sounded like robot and wanted to listen only the answer known to him in a field like behavioral science/psychology. Overall a terrible experience, had a call scheduled at 6:30 pm but guess the person was in hurry to leave for home so called at 6:15.
Was in hurry to answer all the questions he asked in the way he wanted it, rejecting the scientific viewpoints of the interviewee. An opinionated interview where the only thing interviewer wanted was to showcase the knowledge he thought he had without revealing the name.
One should be acquainted with the BEI process before taking one, especially for behavioral /psychology based profiles.

Entretien
I had to give a content writing test to the team and then had 3 rounds of interview with the marketing and hr team. The overall experience was good and the response from the Birlasoft recruitment team was swift. Entire recruitment process took 20 days.

Nothing much, pretty straight forward, eat pie, drink coffee, thats pretty much. Oh you want more words, ok blah blah please thats it, am I supposed to count words now. Dont ask me to enter email in the end thats it.
