Interview was performed by outside contractors and was a long processes taking over a month. The people I interviewed ultimately were not those that I wound up working with and I did not meet my colleagues and manager until after being hired. The title "IT Manager" was the entirety of the job description, however what the organization needed was a desktop support worker.
