Had two interviews before being asked to do a sample project (i.e. an example of how you would do a typical project at this company). I submitted the assignment, they confirmed receipt and that they would follow up, and I got nothing else from them. I followed up once, and decided to leave it alone after being totally ghosted. After two interviews and putting in time to produce a project, I received zero feedback. Incredibly unprofessional and I count myself lucky things didn't pan out.
