The interview process took place over the course of 1 week. I met with managers from each of the main business units that I would be supporting. I also met with the overall Director of the entire business unit. During this phase of the interview I was asked questions related to working with groups of people and how I interact with upper management. HOw well am I able to convey my findings to management such that they would understand it. During the second phase I met with several actual members from each business unit. I was asked specific questions pertaining to each business unit. I was also given several scenarios and asked how I would handle them.
