I had three separate interviews through Microsoft Teams and it went really well. The interviewers made me feel comfortable. I interviewed with the shift manager and the supervisors. I felt good about the interview.
On-site Interview, question about maintaining cell lines and generic behavioral questions. Relatively easy interview with several managers and HR. After the interview, within the week received a call back from them.
They will ask questions about diversity and inclusion. Be prepared to give real world scenarios for every question asked. The questions they ask they are assessing if you are a fast learner and if you will fit well with the teams.

Initial Phone screen with human resources followed by video call with hiring manager. Final step was an on site interview with teammates to tour the area. Process was straight forward.
