J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Biogen (Weston, MA)
Entretien
Was contacted by a headhunter and put in touch with the hiring manager. There were a couple of mis-fires getting connected (missed calls, etc) but finally did speak on the phone for 45min or so. About 30min was him asking me about my experience, then 15min or so for me to ask questions. Then did a phone interview with an HR contact. Then a full day of in-person interviews with 6 people across departments and within the group I'd be hired into. Nothing out of the ordinary, just questions about my experience, why BioGen, etc.

Question 1
No business case or technical questions, really...did ask a couple questions about general sales strategy in pharma.
J'ai passé un entretien chez Biogen (Cambridge, MA)
Entretien
Panel interviews and a presentation. Long process spread out over multiple weeks. Got to meet everyone who I would work with in this function. Overall, nice to meet the whole team but also could get tiring to reintroduce myself with each panel.
It was all online, spoke with the HR contact first. Then had panel interview remote. Lots of questions about the culture, company values, mission, etc. Great energy from the interview panelists.
The first part of the interview process was the phone screen (<30 minutes) with HR, next is 30 minute phone screen with hiring manager, and last is the 4-5 hour interview which includes multiple 1:1 interview plus a 15 presentation and panel Q&A.
