Es gab ein erstes Onlinegespräch auf englisch, Das Gespräch war sehr wertschätzend. Es wurden alle berufsrelevanten Qualifikationen abgefragt aber auch ein großer Wert auf Teamerfahrungen und Konfliktlösekompetenzen gelegt. Es wurde explizit nach der Motivation gefragt und versucht rauszuhören ob man auch dem potentiellen Stress und Zeitdruck gut gewachsen ist.

First round was very relaxed with the manager and the HR. The second round was with the entire team which was a bit more demanding but overall good atmosphere during the interview

Very smooth and the recruitment precess was transparent. The first contact took place 1 month after applying online but after that it only took a month until offer was made
