First Interview was about previous experience and practices. Second Interview was an algorithm solving challenge. There is an evident lack of communication between interviewers and HR since HR has no knowledge of the interview format. I asked how could I prepare for the second one and they said it was going to be an informal conversation of experience but ended up being a technical interview.
