They start off with phone interview then they have the second interview invite to talk to a manager, supervisor, and lead. The HR person was really friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns that I had.

I had a phone call with the hiring manager for the position. Right off the back, he already had a very soft and boring tone, not engaging at all; he then proceeded to ask questions about my technical experience. Everything seemed like a good fit until I was told at the very end that although I am eager and motivated for an ENTRY LEVEL role, my exact qualifications were subpar compared to other candidates, as if that truly mattered when they trained their hires. Overall not someone I would want to be working with. There is no excitement either; why did questions like "Why Biolegend?" not get asked?
