The company has four rounds, starting with an HR round that covers basic questions about your experience and industry knowledge. Then you have a technical round wherein you are asked to submit an assignment (it's mostly a blog)... next is your interview with the Manager (they can ask questions based on the assignment). Although not usually, you may have to face the CEO, after which you have the final round.
