The process went through three rounds of interviews (each of them fairly long ) at the course of a month. At the end it turned out they assumed I have applied for different role and thus the interviews didn't matter. At the last interview I was asked to complete several assignments on the spot even thought this was not mentioned as part of the recruiting process.

Fine, they were very friendly and made me feel at ease but wasn't a good match. Only got through the first round of interviews. Was pretty casual, just asking about my experience and why I want to work there.

The first call was a general recruiter's call, then the next one was with one of the senior designers in Binance. They changed the interviewer without mentioning, which was unexpected.

1st call with HR, had general questions like expectation salary, location, previous job, and an explanation of the upcoming interview process.
2nd call with Designer. Walked through my portfolio and asked me some questions related to the work.
And they were ghosting me. It is ok that I don't suit the company, but at least you guys could treat the interviewee professionally.
