I had a first meeting with a recruiter, then a kind of introductory, non-technical interview with one of the managers about my experience and motivation, as well as the company's structure, stack and product. Then I was given a technical take-home assignment, I was recommended to put around 2 or 3 hours into it. It had both an implementation and a systems design element, this being a senior position. I completed it, although I had to spend a bit more time on it than suggested. Then I had a 75 (?)-minute follow-up technical interview revolving around the assignment. I had a generally good experience, the task was well-defined, the process was described early on, and they were flexible with scheduling. I did not end up having an offer though, I was most likely not impressive enough in the technical interview.
