I applied online. Got an email for a phone interview. The schedule to make it was one day then a week off then had the next weeks had interviews. so I had to pick for two weeks out. The Interviewer called that day of the interview to tell me that the position was taken and that the time I had picked did not work for her. She then said that there was another job but did not know the schedule. This is the first time I have been close to getting an interview here last time they did not even look at my application.

Phone interview was great, questions were standard interview questions about team building and problem solving. The questions were easy to understand and allowed for open answers ranging from quick responses about myself to long answers about past employment.
