Entretien
BigHat had multiple rounds of technical and non-technical interviews. The process started with non-technical to see if it was mutually a good fit, then technical rounds, then a general panel with a broad cross-section of the company. Interviews focused on case studies and concrete questions. They gave clear feedback throughout the process and interviewers were kind and thoughtful. Interviews were thorough and reasonable -- no "gotchas," questions were relevant to work done at BigHat.

Describe how you would implement X, where X is a basic pillar of ML for antibody design such as diffusion or transformers. Came up naturally in the flow of a case, rather than out of nowhere.
Several rounds: initial screen with hiring manager; two technical rounds with other employees; panel interviews with multiple individuals at company (across technical domains and leadership), with broader discussions on antibody engineering and technical questions; references.
