I spoke with the HR lead firs,t and after that, it was a pretty straightforward process. I met with my manager and the Director of lead generation. I received an offer within the next week or two.

The process was slow, starting with a first contact that mentioned they had "urgency" to fill the vacant, then after 2 weeks the first interview and every following step I had to ask them what was happening. the process took 2 months, I got 4 interviews and I was just waiting for the last one. They forgot to tell me "The company decided to stop the search for this role until next year" Not a single feedback on whether I was doing right or wrong, it was just a waste of my time with their process.

Entretien
Went through a phone screening first.
Did well and landed a second interview. This was through google meets. Didn’t do well enough as they went with someone else.
Advice: link your skills, passion and company values to your values. You’ll do fine. That’s what recruiters are looking for. Only been interested in saas sales for a week and landed 5 interviews. 2 of those are second interviews. Good luck!
