Applicants were screened using a questionnaire that could be found on the website. It was a lengthy set of a questions but allowed candidates to describe themselves and their skills in a much more detailed manner than in a Cover Letter. The interview was with the company owners and was fairly straightforward. The owners are friendly and that helped to calm the nerves.
