I met the Big Compass team at a career fair at a university. 3 round of interviews after that. 1st round - On Campus - Straight forward questions trying to get a general sense of your background and how and why you would fit in the organization 2nd round - Technical Interview. Needed to work on a very new technical aspect. They want to judge how well you can adapt and learn new technical concepts and program. 3rd round - In person interview with the CEO, again general interview stuff. Its been over a month and no one from this company even had the courtesy to get back and let me know about the status. I expected this from companies as small as this one, they want to employ you for your professionalism and then do not display any themselves! This is a 'student' experience.
