The company is growing very fast. The first interview went well, checking off many boxes while going over the company and the position's tasks. The last interview was with executive leadership. They explained that the company was growing, they were bringing in new leadership, and the hierarchy changing throughout the company. They then explain the position's responsibilities, which were severely different than what was in the job description and what was previously discussed in the first interview. Overall, the company is feeling quite a few growing pains and looking to bring someone in to act in a higher-level position but in a lower-level title. Extremely nice and personable interviewers, I look forward to seeing this company flourish in its growth.

1st interview was with John, about a week later I had a 2nd interview with Marketing Lead. Pretty straightforward and typical questions for interviews. They were nice, but eventually ghosted me after telling me I was their strongest candidate and would be reaching out to me if I got the job or not. I never heard anything and I sent 2 follow up emails.
