Entretien
The interview was a more 'get to know you' approach. The questions were mostly about myself and what I did prior to working there. I was hired on the spot and not asked any hard thought out questions. The interview seemed like just a screening to make sure I was a decent person who was able to work with people and hold a professional manner. There was not much to the interview but questions for the hiring manager to get to know me and my schedule.

Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work for this company? What is your availability?
I submitted an application online and received a call back to schedule an interview. The interview was in person and I wore professional attire. They asked me questions about my previous experience with sales, cashier work, and experience with sport. The questions seemed pre scripted and basic retail job interview questions.

Filling out an application online was easy. From there the manager called me and I went in for a 30 minute interview. I was called later that day for an offer.
