Thank you for applying for a role on Bidwells graduate scheme and for sharing your feedback of the early assessment process. The Talent Team shortlisted those applicants whose qualifications met the criteria and we then invited the shortlisted applicants to take part in a short video interview to be completed in their own time. This is a standard process for incoming graduates, and we believe it tests their ability to think on their feet, to work under pressure and to demonstrate their passion for their chosen career path, something which is difficult to gather from a CV. An objective scoring criterion is then used to take the best performing candidates forward to an in-person interview. We offer feedback from the video interview so that candidates can learn from their experience and it is always our intention to provide a positive candidate experience.
