A general written questionaire was given to be filled up. Then a written exam related to the position I was applying for was given. A one-on-one interview with their Human Resources personnel was conducted as the last step. The interviewer was friendly and asked concise questions. All questions asked were pertinent to the job I was applying for. Followup questions were straight to the point.
