My interview consisted of meeting with two individuals in the department I was interviewing for. They asked the basic questions about job history and education level. They also had me explain what I knew about Overstock and why I wanted to work for them. They were very friendly and answered any questions that I had about what the job entails and about the culture at Overstock. They let me know the outcome of the interview in less than a week.
