The interview process was overall very thorough. First interview was with the hiring manager to ensure I was a good fit for the company mission. The next round of interviews was closer to a panel interview where question were asked around mission alignment, values and mindsets, and previous experiences.I received immediate feedback and encouragement. A learning experience overall.

My interview process consisted of a take home analytics assignment that I was given a week to do and then five more follow-up interview rounds. The first follow-up call was a walk through of my take home assignment with my "would-be" manager. The rest of the interviews were less technical and more person-focused moving up the company's hierarchy of leadership. Overall, I would say the interview process was extremely thorough, but was a tad long. Due to my interview process occurring during November and December, many individuals were OOO and it delayed the completion of my interview process by probably a total of 2 weeks. Overall, I believe from the start of the assignment to the final offer, the interview process was about 6 weeks for me.
