Interviewer led, with it being predominantly question after question. Take home assessment: Completed between first and second round. 1 model, 1 written take-home assessment. Generally very straightforward and they encouraged it to be time-boxed to <24 hours. Second round of interviews: 1 hour long interview with 1 person (head of team I was applying for). Spent the first 20 minutes on the take home assessment, then the rest of the time was behavioral. This was the interview that felt most conversational.
