The process was long, which I knew based on other reviews. But it was way too long. Started with a recruiter screen, talk with hiring manager, assessment, and a super day of 4 more interviews including talking to the hiring manager again. It took 6-7 weeks and I reached out about their decision, which the hiring manager said they were trying to decide by the end of that week and that was 2 weeks ago. I still haven't heard either way which is VERY inconsiderate considering the amount of time and effort I put into the process. I found out they apparently weren't interested by seeing the job reposted online. Advice to applicants, no matter how good you're feeling about your interviews PLEASE KEEP YOUR OPTIONS OPEN. It was basically an entry level role and the VP said at this point they're looking for subject matter experts for the people team... How does that make sense?
