Fabulous experience where you are able to meet a lot of BetterUp employees and learn a lot about the culture, the values and the strategy of the company. It was a real learning experience and all the person are very professional, they give you feedback and you get right away how passionate they all are.

The interview process was very organized and thoughtful. The recruiters were very helpful in ensuring that I was prepared ahead of each of my interviews and they were flexible with scheduling. I met with a diverse panel which was very important to me - I got to meet with people on my team and cross-functional teams to get a good sense of the inner workings of the organization. There was an interview dedicated to discussing values and high impact behaviors which was a big green flag. It was wonderful to see the team's commitment to building BetterUp's culture.
